AIR blue is a window tint made by llumar film and the manufacturer’s name is Eastman Corporation. the TINT has been in production for about five years and has had a steady growth because of the performance of the air blue 80. air blue 80 is a very light film that put on the windshield reduces the heat by 43% it stops 99% UV rays. They are many benefits for this window tinting I will show below

What is a Ceramic Window Tint?

Ceramic film is one of the best qualities of window tint it’s also one of the more expensive films because of the manufacturing to get it to perform as well as it does. A lot of the other films use a metal particle in between the tint to reflect Heat but it interferes a lot with electronics. So the newer cars we use ceramic there is no Metalized products in the tint and it highly absorbs a lot of heat prevented from coming in the car.

Some great examples of products that use ceramic to reduce heat are like ceramic tiles. That is used on swimming pools also that use ceramic tiles on the older spaceships. So when is coming into the atmosphere from space the ceramic cools down the heat build-up on the walls.

Do car windshields come tinted from the factory?

The windshield does not come tinted from the factory. Some vehicles they have tinted a 6 inch banner on the top which cuts down on the sun getting in your eyes while you’re driving. But for the longest time, the biggest problem for windshields is that it allows a lot of heat to come in the front because of the angle of the windshield. There are quite a few benefits of installing Air Blue on your windshield one of the most obvious ones is keeping the heat from coming into the car because the windshield has a slant sometimes as much as 40 °. The more of a horizontal slant that a window has the more heat it comes in the interior of the car. A lot of heat comes in from the windshield and from the rear window opposed to the side windows. Side windows have no angle. So the heat is not as intense as It comes from the front windshield or back window. Also, we have found fading on the dash has been quicker than the older cars since they could be using less quality material as manufacturers try to keep the cost down. Another advantage of Air Blue is that it does not interfere with any of your electronics. Over the past 5 years or so we are using a lot more Electronics in the cars. The new electronics a much lower frequency level is a lot more sensitive to any insulation that will reduce its strength So it’s a lot more sensitive to any insulation or Metalized film on the glass. Air Blue does not interfere with any Electronics or weaken any signals from inside of the car. Car manufacturers also recommend a ceramic film with a more expensive car as not interfere with any electronic signature sensors or signals that let the car run efficiently. We have also found with some other customers that their calls get drop easier with older films. But when they put on a ceramic they noticed a stronger reception and fewer drop calls.
